Adjusting Guest Emails
Guest emails are a great way to ensure your guests get all the info they need without any extra work for your staff. Set them once and they automatically get sent when a booking is made the status is changed.
Typically it is best to have your Swift Harbour team adjust your settings for you. You can contact us anytime at [email protected] to request assistance.
To edit emails, simply visit your booking engine settings, adjust the email as desired and click save. See how to adjust your booking engine settings by following the link below:
Swift Harbour guest emails are automatically send to the guest when they first make a booking.

Confirmed, waitlisted and declined emails are automatically send when you change a booking status. You will be provide the option to not send a guest email when you change the status as well (below).
