Password Reset Troubleshooting
If you are having troubles resetting your password, please consider the following?

If you are getting the message that your email is not associated with a Swift Harbour account, please double check that you have the correct email (i.e. it hasn't been changed) and the spelling is correct. If the answer to both questions is yes, please continue to step 3.
