Are you visiting https://app.yachtingsbest.com/login? This is where all guests (boaters and campers) should reset their passwords from.
Have you not received an email? Password reset emails will come from the email address postmaster@mg.yachtingsbest.com. Its worth checking your spam or junk folders just in case it got filtered in there.
