# Your selected options are no longer available Message when booking

Should you get the message "Please make a new selection, your selected options are no longer available" it means that your selected booking option has unfortunately been booked by another guest. \
\
Booking are selected and locked in for 10 minutes after you proceed past the first page. If you are getting this message it means that both you an another guest made the same selection and then they proceeded to the next page and reserved the booking ahead of you.\
\
To make another selection, please refresh the page and select from the remaining available options. Once you click "next" that option will then be locked in for you for 10 min or permanently once the booking has been completed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.swiftharbour.com/guest-support-center/booking-management/your-selected-options-are-no-longer-available-message-when-booking.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
